Location: Bishops Stortford
Hours: Full Time
£20.07 to £20.83 per hour plus Weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to work closely with the Home Manager and Senior Staff team to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
Responsibilities:
You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home.
Youll help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Your Skills:
Essential to hold a Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care.
Youll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.
