Rate Of Pay: £65,000-£70,000 per annum, dependenton experience
Shift Pattern: Full time, permanent. 40 hours per week

Mentus Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an esteemed private healthcare provider. We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to take up the role of Deputy Hospital Director at a Child and Adolescents Hospital, in the West Midlands.
In this role, you will support the Hospital Director in leading the service,be responsible for the strategic, operational and day-to-day running of the Hospital - liaising with clinical and non-clinical staff and other partner organisations, while considering the demands of political policy and local circumstances.

Information about the Service:
The hospital provides a safe, caring, supportive, therapeutic, and homely environment for children and young people who experience problems with their mental health and with eating disorders. The hospital offers personalised care to help overcome complex needs, and to help patients overcome the challenges they face.
The hospital has undergone a significant refurbishment to offer a state of the art facility for children and young adults who are primarily diagnosed with an eating disorder. The highly specialist team share a wealth of experience and offer a multi-disciplinary approach to support patients in their recovery journey. The approach to treatment is to provide physical and mental stabilisation to patients and work closely with families and care givers to ensure that care plans are created collaboratively and compassionately.

To Be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant Clinical qualification and professional registration, for example Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work.
Experience in implementing and upholding company policies, procedures and process in a specialist CAMHS environment
Multiple years Senior management experience in a Mental Health setting
Be able to evidence management/leadership training and a willingness to complete further internal and external training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing Clinical and Operational teams and creating a positive working environment.
Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment.
Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment
A detailed understanding of statutory regulations
Ability to oversee and deliver site projects.
Experience in a mental health setting Knowledge and understanding of regulatory processes and the CQC.
Up-to-date knowledge of legislation related to the patient group.
Audit and Compliance experience within a clinical setting.

Qualifications/Professional development
Degree level education or equivalent
Evidence of continued learning/development
Professional Registration (NMC/ HCPC)
