Job:

• Children's Home Deputy Manager
• Working within a learning disabilities and autism service
• 4 bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
• Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
• Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
• Working within a larger children's services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
• Oldham based

Salary and Contract:

• £28,000 - £29,500
• + £40 per sleep

• 169 hours a month
• A mixture of shifts and office hours, + sleeps

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• Senior or Deputy Manager experience
• Driving licence
