Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well performing �nursing home based near the Paisley area. �This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The Candidate ����

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or �a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. �Requirements ���

- Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) � � �

- 2 years experience minimum as either a Clinical Deputy or Clinical Lead ��

- or 5 years experience as a Senior Nurse within a leadership experience�

- Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience �

- Strong Clinical Skills � � � � � � ��
