Our client is looking for Deputy Manager's fortwo newly registered homes in Telford, providing care for young people aged 16-25 with mental health needs. Both homes are conveniently located near the town centre, offering a nurturing environment for residents.
The Deputy Manager role includes:
Managing and supervising Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
Ensuring staff coverage and maintaining an efficient rota
Providing training and identifying training needs
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the home
Acting as a role model and key worker for young people
Maintaining high standards of care and compliance with regulations

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
Diploma level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
