Deputy Manager

We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client to oversee two small dementia care homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with dementia care experience to step into a leadership role, working closely with the Registered Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

·Overseeing day-to-day operations in both care homes
·Supporting and supervising care staff
·Ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
·Assisting with care planning and assessments
·Maintaining a safe, caring environment for residents with dementia
·Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team

Requirements:

·NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
·Experience in dementia care
