\nI have an amazing opportunity for a Deputy Manager for a Children's Activity Centre, supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours in the health and social care sector.

What you will be doing as a Deputy Manager:
You will be part of a team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people.
You will provide the care and support needed for each individual child. You will act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs, whilst building trusting relationships.
You'll support children and young people aged 8-18 with emotional behaviours, in a residential children's home environment. You'll support the young people to learn the skills they need to build successful lives.
