We are looking for a motivated, driven, and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team in Horsforth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for early years education and leadership to support our Nursery Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and education to our children.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining a high standard of care and education while adhering to regulatory and safeguarding guidelines. You'll be a hands-on leader, supporting staff, fostering positive relationships with parents, and ensuring the nursery meets all operational, educational, and financial objectives.
