Our 2 city centre restaurants are open day time hours only between 8am and 4pm, 7 days a week serving up breakfast, lunch and brunch for all appetites.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager with a hands-on approach to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager you will support them in their role and be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and leading the team in delivering excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operations within the restaurant
Delivering an exceptional guest experience through excellent communication with the Front of House and Kitchen Team
Managing and coordinating all team members during service
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders
Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement training plans
Training, supervising and conducting performance evaluations for team members
Creating, implementing and monitoring strategies to increase sales and profitability
