Deputy Service Manager
Location: Blaenau Gwent
Hours: 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday
Opportunity: Temp to Perm starting ASAP
Salary: £30,000 P/A
Vetro Housing are excited to be actively recruiting for an experienced manager to work across two projects in the Blaenau Gwent area. We are looking for someone who is interested in person-centered care, career progression, improving employee experience, and staff retention
The main duties are:
- Following up referrals, completing assessments and sign ups
- Creating and developing strategic plans for both projects
- Internal recruitment, being responsible for budget and liaising with external agencies
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Providing person-centered care
- Supporting a strong team to improve service levels
The ideal candidate will have: - Management experience in a supported housing service
- A proven record in identifying support needs and creating opportunities for service users
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation
- A person-centred approach
- Full driving license with access to own vehicle
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
