Based out of the Norwich office, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our growth within the Facade, Roofing, and general building sectors.
As a Design and Technical Manager , you will lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that we deliver our signature friendly and professional service. This is more than just a management position; it's a chance to be a vital part of our senior management team, helping to shape the future of our fast-expanding construction business.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire design process, from concept to final delivery.
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the design process.
Guiding and mentoring design team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Prepare detailed construction drawings in line with program specifications and budget requirements using AutoCAD.
Ensuring that all design outputs meet the highest quality standards and align with the company's brand and goals.
