In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our Design Team and IT & Digital departments, driving cutting-edge digital initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead initiatives integrating Power Apps, AI tools, and more to revolutionize our design processes.Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with our BI department to create insightful Power BI reports that inform key decisions.Innovate Design Processes: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking new technologies and methodologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships across departments, ensuring alignment and buy-in for new digital strategies.Enhance Customer Experience: Leverage data to propose solutions that maximize Right-First-Time design outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For:Required:Strong telecoms industry knowledge, especially in telecoms infrastructure site design.Experience in analyzing data to drive actionable insights.HND or higher in M& E Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, CAD, Product Development, or a similar field.Desired:Experience in digital transformation projects.IT qualifications or continual improvement certifications like Six Sigma.This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be at the forefront of digital innovation in design.
