Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and maintenance of the organisation's management systems
- Focal resource for certification and regulatory body approval, auditing, and inspections
- Reporting on the performance of the management system to the Group Compliance Manager
- Generate management system audits and findings
- Continuous improvements and lessons learned
- Perform risk assessment activities that are required by the business
- Identify compliance requirements and ensure they are met throughout the business
- Generate business management system performance metrics output reports (KPIs)
Job Requirements:
- Experience in compliance management, with a focus on design assurance
- Strong auditing skills
- Understanding of CAA Design standards and interfacing with customers such as Airbus and Boeing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to produce detailed reports and risk assessments
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining management systems
