We are seeking a talented and motivated Fit-Out Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Fit-Out Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design and fit-out processes for various projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the fit-out design process from conception to completion.

- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into design specifications.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.

- Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and materials.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.

- Resolve any design-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in fit-out design.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3/4�years of experience in fit-out design coordination or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.

- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
