Position: Design Coordinator (Revit Specialist) Location: Northampton Salary: �55,000 - �60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage design processes from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.


• Utilize Revit software to create, modify, and manage detailed 3D models and construction documents.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop integrated project designs.


• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.


• Provide technical guidance and support to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


• Identify and resolve design-related issues, optimizing workflows and improving project efficiency.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in modular construction and design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Design Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on modular building projects.


• Proficiency in Revit software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.


• Excellent understanding of construction principles, design standards, and building regulations.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
