The Role: As a Design Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the design process for various projects, ensuring that all designs are delivered on time and meet client specifications. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements.


• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects and engineers, to facilitate effective communication.


• Review design documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Assist in the preparation of design briefs and project specifications.


• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.


• Support the project team in resolving design-related queries and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Coordinator�within a main contractor, residential developer, or M&E subcontractor setting.


• Strong understanding of design principles and construction processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.


• Relevant qualifications in design, architecture, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
