We are pleased to be supporting our client, a worldwide leader in the construction industry, in their search to secure an experienced Design Delivery Manager on a large-scale HS2 site in Birmingham.

You will join a Tier 1 leading civil & infrastructure specialist with 70 years' experience, focused on planning, developing and executing some of the largest and most reputable infrastructure projects in the UK.

The Design Delivery Manager will manage all aspects of the design, including coordination, submission, compliance, programming and management of design, engineering and assurance for the design packages. The Design Delivery Manager liaises with the Consultant Design Manager and manages, coordinates, integrates and certifies on behalf of the Lead Design Manager that the works for the new Curzon Station works have been constructed in accordance with the design for the design packages assigned.

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience:

• Experience within a similar role within an appropriately sized engineering organisation.
• Educated to degree or higher level or equivalent in a numerate discipline, typically Engineering discipline (or related). A lower educational level, typically HNC or HND, may be acceptable where a very significant level of experience in a senior technical engineering role can be demonstrated.
• Membership of an appropriate Professional body, typically Chartered member of Institute of Civil Engineering or an international equivalent professional status.
