Design Delivery Manager

Our client is a leading consultancy in civil and structural engineering, seeking a Design Delivery Manager.

Role:

The successful candidate will work along side and report to the Lead Design Manger and Senior Design Manager, managing all aspects of design packages for HS2/Curzon Station works.

Key responsibilities, not limited to:

• Manage design delivery including technical assurance, ensuring scope is packaged to support the construction programme
• Deliverables are issued in accordance with the programme
• Maintain commitment to safety and collaborate with the Principle Designer HS2 Ltd
• Protection of Design Vision and employer's objectives
• Participate in audits and surveillance of project design process

Essential Requirements:

• Experience within a similar role within an appropriately sized engineering organisation
• Educated to degree level or higher. HNC/HND is acceptable where significant experience can be demonstrated

• Demonstrates sound analytical ability, appreciating complex issues and situations
• Strong communication skills accross a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
• Strives to achieve challenging goals, with resilience and perseverance
