Design Engineer

Escape Recruitment are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer to join our client’s Industrial Engineering team in West Lothian. The Role
Design products/tooling to meet customer specifications, ensuring alignment with company capabilities.
Produce all required drawings and documentation to support the design process.
Recommend and implement system modifications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compile detailed working manuals and records to facilitate smooth forging operations.
Understanding of equipment processes and materials characteristics
Collaborating with various departments in the manufacturing process
Data Analysis
The Candidate
Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant experience in an engineering business.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software
Strong IT skills
Highly organised, with a flexible approach to working.
Excellent communication skills, confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
Goal-oriented with a positive working attitude.
