Are you ready to accelerate your career with a dynamic and innovative F1 team? We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Design Engineer to join our Technology group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

Our team is dedicated to engineering excellence, pushing the boundaries of technology and optimising performance to achieve our goals. We are built on collaboration and mutual support, fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.

Your Challenge:

  • Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation and resolving any issues as they arise.

  • Design of various rigs, jigs, and pit equipment, supervising the parts throughout production, quality, installation, and testing.

  • Contribution to the development of advanced design methodologies such as but not limited to macros, parametric optimisation tools and interfacing CAD with simulation tools.

Who we want:

We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous Mechanical Design experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a solid base knowledge of engineering first principles.

It would be ideal if you had previous 3D CAD experience with Catia, V5/3DX, but we will support with training if NX or similar is your expertise.

We need someone who also has experience within FEA, PLM and other development tools interacting with CAD. Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical components would be advantageous. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.

What we offer you in return:

Working for Alpine F1 Team, you will work with top professionals, directly impacting race car performance on a global stage, and enjoy our state-of-the-art facilities. We offer competitive remuneration packages, private medical healthcare, access to a free on-site gym, a subsidised restaurant and many more additional benefits. Additionally, the thrill of pioneering innovation in Formula One racing provides numerous career development opportunities in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

At Alpine F1 Team, we celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can be their true selves.
