Are you a Design Engineer with leadership experience who are looking to join a world leading manufacturer who can offer training and progression?
The company are a world leading supplier who design, manufacture and sell their own special purpose machinery to manufacturing companies around the world.
This is a rare chance to join the leading global manufacturer, where you will be responsible for distributing workloads to the design team as well as ensuring the quality of work is to the correct standard. You will be key part of the design process from start to finish making sure you and the team under you are working to maximum efficiency.
As long as you have experience in the design for manufacture industry and have proven experience in leading a team this role is for you.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who looks for development and progression while being a leader in a market leading design team.

Candidate Requirements:
* SolidWorks + SolidWorks PDM
* 2D and 3D CAD Systems
* HNC Qualified
* Previous Leadership Experience
