Our client is a leading machinery manufacturer, that values hard work, teamwork and developing people. They are a leading design and manufacturing company, supplying to a number of sectors. They're looking to expand their Design team along with their increase in customer orders. They are looking for a Design Engineer that wants to develop their career and take responsibility across different areas of the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design from scratch bespoke machinery for customers
• Work well within a team of other Design Engineers
• Take responsibility for individual projects
• Working with Autodesk to create 3D designs
• Works include mechanical designs- hydraulic and pneumatics
• Electrical and electronic designs- panel Layouts and Electrical Schematics
• Client travel is required to understand customer specifications
• Assist in machinery improvements on customer sites

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Autodesk Inventor experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding
• SolidWorks and/or CAD (desired)
• Shopfloor experience
