Design Engineer

Job Description Are you a skilled Design Engineer with a passion for innovation? Do you want to be part of a company that’s been shaping the waste recycling industry for nearly 50 years? Middleton Engineering is looking for a talented individual to join our Drawing Office team.

What You'll Do:

✅ Design cutting-edge equipment for the waste recycling industry
✅ Work on projects from concept to completion
✅ Create and maintain technical drawings using AutoCAD (3D Inventor preferred)
✅ Liaise with suppliers and production teams
✅ Conduct site visits to gather specifications

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ A recognised qualification in engineering design
✔️ Experience with AutoCAD and strong IT skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ A full UK driving licence
