Job Overview:��

We are urgently seeking an experienced Design Manager for a Substation project. This role is critical to ensure the seamless progression of our project in Carlisle, Cumbria.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drawing Development and Commenting: Oversee and manage the development of project drawings, ensuring all designs meet the highest standards.
- Compliance Checking:�Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and client requirements.

- Client Requirements: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

- Consultant and Sub-contractor Management:�Coordinate and manage the performance of consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Fit-out and Facade Works:�Specific experience in managing fit-out and facade works is essential.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a similar Design Manager role.

- Strong knowledge of fit-out and facade works.

- Ability to work on-site for the majority of the week.
