Design Manager - Construction

An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior Design Manager to join an established tier 1 main contracting environment, where the position will be to operate across the Northeast region to suit the needs of the business.

As this is a Senior level appointment you should be comfortable fulfilling the following roles / hold the relevant experience, so you can add immediate value to the existing design team.

• Ability operate as the bid lead as part of the stage 2 & 3 tender process.


• Operating within a role with high levels of client interface.


• Proven track record delivering the pre-construction element of projects up to �30m in value.


• Ability to support design managment delivery on key projects.


• Exposure to sectors such as various accommodation schemes, health, and education.


• Have a strong background within Tier 1 or large regional main contracting within the newbuild sector.
