Opportunity

Due to successful number of projects being won recently, they are seeking a talented Pre-Construction Design Manager to join their dynamic team in Kent. The Pre-Construction Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design phase of projects, ensuring that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and project goals. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with architects, engineers, clients, and construction teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.


• Review and provide feedback on design documents, drawings, and specifications.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.


• Identify and mitigate design risks and issues.

• Work closely with the pre-construction team to integrate design efforts with estimating, scheduling, and planning activities.


• Facilitate design meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.


• Implement and maintain design quality assurance processes.


• Conduct design reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

To be considered for this role, you must have pre-construction experience with a main contractor covering the sectors stated.
