Role Overview:�As a�Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our design team, overseeing various projects related to curtain walling and rainscreen cladding. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for curtain walling and rainscreen cladding projects.


• Work closely with the design team to develop creative and efficient solutions.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, spanning different locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of design experience within the building envelope market sector.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino 3D.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to autonomously manage large-scale projects (with budgets of �1 million or more).

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Salary:�

• Competitive, based on experience.
