Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principle contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between �15Mil - �100Mil+

As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of a �35m school.

Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful public sector projects. This could be education, health, MoD, MoJ, life science, etc. Your background could also include new build commercial/retail/business parks/industrial, etc.�

Design Managers with a predominantly housing background will not be considered.�
