Design Manager

My client are a regional main contractor who are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join there team in the Northwest!��

• Experience coordinating�large scale new build projects

• Worked in multiple sectors�


• Experience managing multiple projects at any given time

Duties will include:

• Managing all design activity through to completion of the project.


• Advising and supporting the client, commercial and project teams on the risks/ opportunity�with the development of the�building design.


• Managing the design process within agreed timescales whilst displaying excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.


• �Ensure the design process meets current legislation and strive to eliminate health & safety risks during the construction.
