Salter Grange is seeking a dynamic Design Manager to join the team on a £138 million commercial workspace fit-out project, with a robust pipeline of future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the design management team on a £138 million commercial workspace fit-out project and future projects
\n
• Oversee the design process, ensuring all project requirements are met within budget and on schedule
\n
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realised
\n

Requirements:

• Proven experience in large-scale fit-out projects, particularly in the commercial workspace sector
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
\n
• Proficiency in design software and tools
\n
• A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred
