Rolls-Royce are looking for a people with a strong background in Systems Design & Intergration to join the team in Derby.
Our Systems Design Integration engineers, are responsible for problem resolution, defining requirements and designing and integrating products & systems. They perform concept level technical analysis to verify potential solutions.
At Rolls-Royce Submarines we support the Royal Navy as the technical authority to the UK Ministry of Defence for naval reactor plants. We are also growing our submarine and nuclear sector capabilities.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
Apply understanding of NSRP and wider Nuclear product operation, product systems, sub-systems and interactions. Design of systems using Systems Engineering principals including the use of Robust Design tools & techniques to achieve optimum solutions at product and sub-system level.
Planning and management of product change, design technical approval and technical investigations.
Bachelor's degree or master's in engineering or equivalent experience
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical design methodologies and have an understanding of cross-discipline engineering concepts which include but are not limited to manufacturing engineering, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering and product definition.
