This company are a design and build company who focus on the modular and offsite construction industry. They pride themselves on exceptional quality of all their buildings and designs from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors, including education, healthcare, social housing and more. They provide a service from initial design through to completion and are experiencing extremely high growth with a large order book on their hands. Due to this, they are looking for a Design Technician to join their close-knit, family feel team.

In this role you will be�based in their head office in Scarborough. Your main task will be to be responsible for delivering an effective design process. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be working within the design team, encouraging effective design with a strong level of communication and coordination with the construction team. You will review the designs to ensure compliance with the construction projects. You will work on multiple projects at a time, overseeing and contributing to the full design process to ensure every aspect of the project runs smoothly, with no technical issues.

This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with a strong background in Technical Design within the construction industry with experience working on a variety of projects. You will have experience working with various design packages including Revit and AutoCAD with the ability to communicate well and work to tight deadlines.
