Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver exciting lessons across KS3 and KS4 in Design and Technology.
Encourage students to explore a variety of materials and techniques.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Assess and support student progress with constructive feedback and encouragement.
Foster an innovative and collaborative classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification in Design and Technology or a related field.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching D&T.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking in students.
