Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:Designer position dealing with various roofing and cladding systems including: hot melt roofing, single-ply membranes, flat roofing, cladding, and rain screens Reviewing scopes of work and liaise with clients to gain an understanding of the projectsUtilising AutoCAD and Revit to produce designs Work closely with internal departments providing support and resolving queriesEnsure designs meet quality standards, building regulations, and H&S requirementsAttend weekly design meetingsPrioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met Estimating for projects ranging in value from £200k to £3mThe ideal applicant will be Designer
