Designer Wovens £competitive Leicester My client is multinational apparel buying hub and exporter with a vision to deliver world-class service, quality solutions and value addition services to end products for the textile industries on a global level, beginning from fabrics to fashion through market knowledge, experienced sourcing professionals. Due to growth they require a Designer across Woven Bottoms to join a friendly and welcoming team, supporting the Design Manager across woven product including denim. You must be passionate with the drive to learn and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities: Complete design packs in line with customer/brand identity Select appropriate washes/fabrications and action development Work closely with design, tech, buying and merch teams Creating basic technical specs Send sourcing out to factories Bring fresh ideas to the team with commerciality in mind You must have: Great design eye for commercial, high street level product Strong CAD ability and trend research skills Proficient in illustrator and Photoshop programmes A good understanding of garment construction and fabrics Very well organised and great time-keeping skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks Able to manage a fluctuating workload Please click the apply button to send your CV to Rachel Greene, remembering to state your current salary and package.
