As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to their internal customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their desktops, laptops, and audio-video equipment. You will have:Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer with exposure to Audio-Visual technologies In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies, primarily Windows 10 and 11Experience troubleshooting audio-video systems, including codecs, and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft TeamsStrong understanding of network connectivity, protocols, and infrastructure.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Strong Customer Service skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established, global business.
