In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to their internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of their desktops, laptops, and audio-video equipment.Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role, with exposure audio-video systems.In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 & 11.Experience troubleshooting audio-video systems, including codecs, and conferencing platform ( Microsoft Teams).Strong understanding of network connectivity, protocols, and infrastructure.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.Main Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and security.Diagnose and resolve audio-video system issues, including conference room setups, projectors, displays, and audio equipment.Assist in the setup and support of video conferencing systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain audio-video solutions for meetings and presentations.Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of audio-video equipment.Document support activities, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.Location: LondonCandidates must be eligible to work in this country.Catch Resource Management is a leading provider of Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite and other ERP resources to both end-users and to product suppliers/authors.
