We are delighted to have been retained by an operational residential-focused investor, operating partner, and asset management firm that has a track record of delivering successful BTR projects throughout major cities in the UK.
The Role
They are looking to expand their team by appointing a Development Manager who will be a key player in working on some of their exciting projects and will aid in the successful growth of the business.
Every day will be different. From overseeing contractor teams on-site, to managing and influencing the fit-out of the amenity space to reporting on progress to various investors/funds, ownership of outcomes is the key here and you will have plenty of exposure.

They do serious work from the get-go however don’t take themselves too seriously, expect autonomy, and responsibility but also expect to be challenged in order to deliver the best schemes.
What do you need to bring?
Experience in Project Management working as a Development Manager or on the advisory side as a Project Manager, Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor.
The ability to lead design team meetings, and manage external consultants and subcontractors.
Understanding of the Living sector, operational residential and forward fund structures would be highly desirable.
You need to have a thirst for learning and be willing to wear multiple hats, in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and drive outcomes across all parts of the Real Estate ecosystem.
Other Details
Salary circa £70-80k
Bonus 15%
Location – West End based, with flexibility
