Development Manager, up to 45K, London
Reports To: Associate Director
Key Responsibilities:
The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of assigned developments. By coordinating and utilising available resources, including staff and contractors, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality service aligned with management contracts, tenancy agreements, and service-level agreements.
Asset Management and Mobilisation Support: Facilitate the mobilisation process by coordinating with key stakeholders as clients, other agents, the new business team, client relationship team, and internal staff.
Complete and document mobilisation tasks meticulously within relevant systems.
Delegate tasks as appropriate to enhance the customer experience through efficient and timely service delivery.
Track mobilisation metrics and propose actions for improvement.
Risk and Planned Preventive Maintenance Management (PPM): Take ownership of risk and PPM management routines to guarantee compliance through established systems.
Collaborate with the client relationship team, contractors, and customers to perform regular risk assessments.
Maintain an accurate audit trail of actions and certifications within the system.
Monitor and report on compliance levels, identifying areas for improvement.
