What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Engineering Development Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing subject matter expertise in complex services.
• Providing technical leadership to drive innovation and improvements.
• Supporting lead engineers in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on sustainability, noise reduction, and energy efficiency.
• Delivering high-impact change across multiple projects.
• Taking ownership of projects, managing contractors, and ensuring excellence in service contracts.
• Overseeing all aspects of services including chilling, compressed air, water systems, utilities, CHP plants, fire suppression, and security systems.
