Development Surveyor

Strategic development surveyor £45k-£55kI am working with one of the leading privately owned residential developers in Cambridgeshire. They have expanded rapidly over the past couple of years and have grown to become one of the most successful developers in the South east.They are now looking to appoint a strategic development surveyor to work closely with the senior development team and oversee projects from early identification/ acquisition through the planning process. These projects can be a variety of small high spec prime residential schemes and large multi-phased developments or strategic land promotion sites.You will be a degree qualified land buyer or development surveyor and you will be either working for one of the leading house builders or developments consultancies. You will also have detailed knowledge of planning policy in residential developments.You will work directly with a very experienced development team and be given the opportunity to work on some high profile projects to develop your career at a fast pace.Key requirementsDegree qualified1-3 years post graduate experience as a development manager, development surveyor or land buyerYou will be working for either a leading house builder or development consultancy Detailed experience of project managing complex residential led schemes through the planning application and appeals process.Very career driven and hungry for success.
