5V Tech is working with a long-standing partner, a specialist in supply chain solutions. They are seeking a talented Development Team Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building and implementing industry-leading supply chain solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of Full-Stack and Hand Held Terminal developers.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to delivery.
- Implement and maintain high-quality development processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement within the development team.
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Extensive knowledge of Full-Stack development (Angular,�.Net,�Azure,�C#�etc.)
- Experience leading and motivating development teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for building innovative solutions
- Experience in product development
- ITIL or Agile certifications
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and EU
