Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related technologies, including Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD, AI and serverless technologies. Database and database migration experience desirable.
Consulting Experience:
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Educational Background:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
