Role SummaryAubay is seeking an experienced DevOps/Network Engineer to join our client’s team and manage their call centre platform, focusing on system configuration, integration, and performance improvements. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in DevOps practices, VoIP, and IP networking to troubleshoot issues, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with international teams to ensure technical excellence and operational efficiency.In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational administration of the call centre platform. Responsibilities include system configuration based on best practices and business requirements, providing specialized expertise around products and implementation, and analysing performance metrics. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and diverse environment.Required Skills and ExperienceTechnical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalentExperience in a contact centre operations environmentDeep knowledge of VoIP and contact centre platforms, telephony dial plan design, and call routing/control protocolsKnowledge of contact centre technologies: Automatic Call Distribution [ACD], Interactive Voice Response [IVR]Solid knowledge of IP networking (LAN/WAN)Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skillsInnovative and strategic thinker capable of taking initiativeStrong team spirit, communication skills, and motivation to learn, coach, and mentorMust be fluent in both written and spoken in EnglishDesirable SkillsExperience with AWS.Experience with NICE inContact.Experience with AudioCodes SBC, Twilio, Elastic SIP trunking, and scripting.Role ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize contact centre solutions and tools efficiently.Configure systems based on best practices and business requirements.Troubleshoot issues, develop improvements, and submit support cases as needed.Help build and design IVR routing to ensure proper destination and outcomes.Remotely configure Session Border Controllers (SBC) in contact centres.Integrate contact centre solutions and tools with other applications and systems within the product portfolio.Ensure managerial users can access, utilize, and comprehend platform tools by leading training and workshops.Collaborate with centre management to develop operational solutions for contact centres.Report through DevOps operations and senior-level call centre management in multiple locations.About Aubay UK – Ahead of Innovation!Aubay UK is a recognised InSourcing Partner for client-side deployment delivered across London.
