Job Title: Diagnostic Technician
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diagnostic Technician to join our team in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established automotive service centre, providing expert diagnostics and repair services to a wide range of vehicles. With a competitive salary of £40,000, this role offers stable, full-time employment, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, identifying mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately troubleshoot and resolve faults.
Carry out repairs and maintenance to high industry standards.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide detailed reports and explanations on vehicle issues and repairs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software diagnostics.
Experience using diagnostic tools such as OBD scanners, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.What We Offer:
