This is not a remote or hybrid role. Working in office is required. (Location: Bath)

Responsibilities:

* Manage digital campaigns across paid social, display, and search channels.

* Plan & execute digital strategies for new campaigns.

* Provide account management support on key accounts.

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the ongoing success of the team.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in paid digital marketing.

* Confident in a data-driven environment with strong Excel skills.

* Familiarity with self-serve digital platforms and reporting tools, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn.

* Eager to learn, grow, and become part of something special.
