Do you thrive on bringing order to chaos?Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Digital Consultant or Digital Consulting Manager, your role is split amongst three focus areas: client facing project delivery, assisting with sales activities, and participation in internal/external communities.Project DeliveryTarget billable utilization of 80%Function in an account, team, or work-stream leadership roleDefine, managed, and execute on account and project plansProvide strategic consultation to your customersAssist and lead with the approach, estimation, and proposals for new projectsService Area ExcellenceCreation of accelerators and door openers for opportunitiesAnalyze market trends and participate in the development of new service offeringsCreate and deliver internal training programsAuthor or otherwise contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and blog postsProject PursuitScope and estimate new opportunitiesPrepare and deliver engagement proposals to prospects, respond to RFP's, and write Statements of WorkIdentify leads and opportunities inside or outside of your current engagementsBasic Qualifications5+ years relevant consulting experience5+ years experience in cloud based data platforms, bespoke application development, or AI/ML solutionsStrong business understanding of technologies and processesProven track record of client satisfaction and delivery of business and technical projectsEntrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated drive to grow and improve the accountPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developersTechnical degree required; computer science or math background desiredDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyExperience turning around difficult situationsExtensive problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to accurately estimate work, respond to RFP’s, and write Statements of Work ExperienceAbility to travel for client deliveryExperience with partnership development activities within Microsoft, AWS, IBM, or Snowflake is a plusLocated in Dallas/Ft.
