We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and solution-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will strategically schedule and post content across various platforms for our diverse range of clients. You will write compelling captions, engage with online audiences, and manage multiple social media accounts to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence.Key Responsibilities:Content Scheduling & Posting: Strategically plan, schedule, and post content across multiple social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.Caption Writing: Craft engaging and brand-aligned captions that resonate with target audiences and drive interaction.Audience Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with online audiences, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.Account Management: Oversee the daily management of multiple client social media accounts, ensuring content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand goals.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the agency's growth.Qualifications & Experience:Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role within digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a dynamic startup.What We Offer:Competitive salary between £22,000 - £26,000 per year, based on experience.Hybrid working model, offering a mix of remote and in-office work from our studio in Ebbw Vale.Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech startup with high potential for career growth.Collaborative and supportive team environment.How to Apply: Ready to make some noise?
