Day to day, you'll be working as part of a team and will strategically conceptualise and execute innovative digital campaigns that engage and inspire. Responsibilities include leading digital creative strategies, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals. You'll be providing strategic guidance, lead brainstorming sessions and give creative direction to the creative teams, inspiring them to push boundaries. Personally, you'll be a bit of a digital creative guru who keeps updated on digital trends and leverage your knowledge to enhance digital creative strategies. This agency is all about collaboration so you'll be collaborating with cross functional teams on a daily basis to get the best solutions for your clients.About you...To be considered for this Digital Creative Director role, we're looking for someone who really understands the digital landscape including social media platforms, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, and ECRM. You'll have proven experience of working in an agency environment, be that a digital or creative agency. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders is key, paired with a creative and innovative mindset. Excellent analytical skills for data-driven creative decisions, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.In return, you'll be joining an agency committed to excellence.
