The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation and a track record of delivering exceptional creative solutions. As a Digital Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, ensuring the highest quality of digital content, and providing the best digital solutions for our clients. This is a B2B agency, so you will be working with fantastic clients to provide digital expertise to them.Key Responsibilities:Lead Creative Vision: Develop and implement a compelling creative vision for digital projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Employee Engagement: Implement digital strategies for our clients to engage and motivate potential employees, promoting a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous learning.Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of digital projects, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our creative processes and strategies.Client Interaction: Present creative concepts to clients, gather feedback, and ensure their vision is effectively brought to life.Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a creative leadership role, preferably within a digital agency or a similar environment.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver innovative digital solutions and lead successful campaigns.Skills: Expertise in digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), UX/UI principles, and a strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.Leadership: Proven experience in managing and inspiring creative teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Employee Engagement: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance team morale and productivity.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
